Donghua University is a public research university in Shanghai, China. Established in 1951, DHU is one of the state-key universities directly under the Ministry of Education of China and is a member of China’s Project 211 group of national universities. DHU is a multi-disciplinary university with a wide range of undergraduate and graduate degree programs across a vast field of disciplines including engineering, economics, management, literature and art, laws, science, and education. It has 14 colleges and schools, offering 54 undergraduate programs, 61 master’s degree programs, 30 doctoral degree programs, and five postdoctoral research programs, among which are six state key disciplines and seven Shanghai municipal key disciplines.
